Leading Organizations to Health
An innovative and highly experiential program focusing on the advanced communication and facilitation skills, theories of individual and group behavior and courageous personal presence needed to bring effective leadership to organizational change initiatives. Intended for healthcare leaders of all disciplines, this one-year virtual fellowship includes four weekend retreats at a rustic Colorado conference center, monthly small group peer-coaching calls, and the application of new skills and knowledge to a major ongoing project back home.
