Leading Organizations to Health
An innovative, experiential program focusing on the theories of individual and group behavior, advanced communication and facilitation skillsand courageous personal presence needed to bring effective leadership to organizational change initiatives. Intended for healthcare leaders of all disciplines, this one-year virtual fellowship includes four weekend retreats at a rustic Colorado conference center, monthly small group peer-coaching calls, and the application of new skills and knowledge to a major ongoing project back home.
Courage to Lead
Effective leadership flows from the identity and integrity of the individual. This program of five quarterly retreats offers an opportunity for in-depth exploration of leadership and life questions using personal stories, reflections, poetry and stories from diverse wisdom traditions.

Our health care system is rapidly changing, under duress, and unable to fully meet the needs of patients and those who serve them. The way forward is unclear, and technical expertise is insufficient.
